I wanted to shoot this quick video to talk to you about my Memory training and some of the insights that I got during that training session. I do something everyday in which I see Me as My Ultimate Self. In this instance I visualized myself in the past, where I was being real lazy and not really accomplishing anything. I went into those scenes and got mad at myself for wasting time. This made me realize that there were a lot of those instances where I wasn't too proud of as it portrayed to me doing better for myself and my family.
